For this use-case we created a complete demonstration project using a 3D printer. This is no longer a beginner level task since multiple motors and temperatures have to be controlled and the machine code describing the body has to be read and executed. Here, the low-level hardware (motor and heating-element drivers) are placed in a separate box, and high-level control – which is simpler this way – is in the Ratherboard.
